Relocation Income Tax Allowance (RITA) Claims processing for 2023 will commence May 2024. Courtesy email notifications will be sent on or around May 2024.
ATTN: VBA, NCA and OM+ paid relocations must be processed in the new relocation system, mLINQS. HR Professionals must complete the Relocation Request Form and email it to VAFSC.PCSTravelReloRequest@va.gov to initiate the VBA, NCA and OM+ traveler’s relocation. VHA offices continue to use the PCS Travel Portal to process relocations.
